I love this so much. You and Kristi make this world such a better, brighter, hopeful and joyful space. Thank you for every single thing you feel, create and share. We need you!
Aw I wish I could see this exhibit in Michigan! It looks incredible! I need a solid reminder that failure is normal and human and acceptable, so thank you for that Brad ❤️😊
Before I responded I checked to see if others thought the same as I did..
Pretty much describing me to a T although there were a couple of exceptions. What a great post, and as I live in Oz there is no possibility of me trending in Michigan 🙃😒
Love it! I wish I could visit the exhibition. But it's a bit too far on a different continent (I live in Asia) ;) "Absurd times call for absurd amount of love" ... Wonderful! :)
Leila! I'm so honored by your kind comment. I'm also in awe that these little images and words can find their way to you all the way in Asia. Thanks for encouraging me!
Lorian, I really appreciate you mentioning that it's an invaluable coaching point. Truly is. It's something I find I keep having to remind myself and help the people I love work through it too!
That video!! Brad!! It seriously nearly made me cry. I'm just so very grateful for the joy and love and creativity you and Kristi continue to bring into the world. These are dark times and the two of you are bringing so much light. Thanks for inspiring me to keep making things even if I fail.
JJ, thank you. I know I speak for many, many people when I say your presence in this world adds so much hope and peace. Super grateful for your voice and steady light, no matter the circumstances. THANK YOU for encouraging me so many times in so many ways!
Oh this makes me cringe because I HAVE DONE THIS SO MANY TIMES. Hahaha! The worst is that sometimes I feel the need to explain to them what I was trying to say and it only digs a deeper hole of embarrasing despair. ha
Maryn, thank you! I'm so happy we could share even some glimpses of it here for folks beyond Michigan to see. In fact, most of our friends and family here in TN won't get to see it in person! (that's sort of what made it safe for us to take this leap and do a gallery show -- it's far from home! If it's a disaster, we won't have to drive by it daily! Also, the theme is failure! So, we're good. ha)
This is brilliant, funny and my life makes more sense now!! I am living in multiple dimensions and have mastered telepathy (also telekinesis - because things mysteriously move to different locations so very often!!)
Wonderful peek at the exhibit! Praying its a well received and visited one. However, the fact that you and Kristi worked together to make the exhibit is the BEST!! My hubby and I do art together too! It's amazing how the shared creativity, process enhances not only our art but our relationship! Thanks for being a great example! Love it all!
Thank you!!! You two are the best. Appreciate you recognizing the collaborative element. You get it! Working together to bring something to life and shaping it into something entirely new that neither of us could’ve done alone is the strangest thing! Magic. It’s also very challenging haha! Thankfully my dear collaborator is also my dearest friend and partner. You know what that’s like! Brings out the best and truest of us both. Honored and grateful.
Failures that defy basic logic, I love it! Here's mine: the number of counting failures I made as a math teacher is laughable, and honestly not something I could tell you because, as illustrated, I can't count.
Hahaha! This makes me feel seen. Thanks for sharing and for being you. If a math teacher can lose count, then surely the rest of us never stood a chance!
Hey! Thanks for calling that out! I spend so much time on the strangest things sometimes for these emails and then wonder if it matters to anyone other than me! Ha. Seriously grateful.
I love this! What a great, refreshing perspective! Cheers~
Thank you, Rose! That was in our minds throughout! Wanted people to feel relief!
I love this so much. You and Kristi make this world such a better, brighter, hopeful and joyful space. Thank you for every single thing you feel, create and share. We need you!
Heather, what a gift your kind words are to us today. Thank YOU!

Kristen, thank YOU. These are reminders I absolutely still need on the daily. Grateful to know I'm nowhere close to being alone in that.
Love, love, love!
Thank you, Tammy!!!!

Sally! Grateful to know that none of us are alone! Ha. Thanks for the kind words.

Once again, you are simply knockin' it outta the park! Please continue to encourage us all to fail better...it's an invaluable coaching point! :)

"MISTAKE: Responding “You too!” when the airline ticket agent says, “Enjoy your flight.”"
Or... or... Responsing "You too!" when someone wishes you a Happy Birthday.
Oh this makes me cringe because I HAVE DONE THIS SO MANY TIMES. Hahaha! The worst is that sometimes I feel the need to explain to them what I was trying to say and it only digs a deeper hole of embarrasing despair. ha
I adored every second of that video! I so wish I could attend the exhibit, so thank you for giving us a peek of it here. You're the best, Brad!

Haha! I just *knew* you were multi-dimensional, Emily!
‘You are human.’ I always forget that!! The exhibition looks like a total triumph!!
Deb! PLUS you are a MAGICAL HUMAN! It's just true.

This is all so very true and so very cool! Thank you guys for sharing!
Thanks so much, Marc!
Great stuff! I love the animated "FAIL BETTER" flag.
